"I have had the best customer service from Latha Brooks personally through my tenor with State Farm since 2000 or earlier. Think about all the payments I have made over the years. She has worked or moved to a total of 4 locations and I have moved with.her every time. If she would have moved to a competitor I would have moved too. You see this review isn’t necessarily really about State Farm, it’s about a customer representative with the integrity, honesty, and work ethic. "Gary Cooper and his State Farm Team have been the BEST to work with! They have absolutely top-notch customer service!! I have been with them for 6 years starting with insuring my car with them. Then 3 years ago I added my home to be insured with them. My reps have taken such good care of me! I had signed up for a business insurance over my home back in June 2023 but by Dec of this year, I no longer need a business insurance. I called Cheryl to see if I could cancel and not pay for the 2nd half of the year, but understood if that might not work.
